Hassles It's Alana's vocals - simple as that. Alana here has a "pretty good" band but she outshines them more than a little. The softer edged tracks are a more appropriate accompaniment to her vocal textures (think Maria Muldaur). Just fabulous

Tristan Louth-Robins / Ruination An absolute blinder of a release - great vocals, lyrics, arrangements and a cracker of a band. One of my favourite releases of 2017. I had Lullaby #2 stuck in my head for the best part of week prior to this EP dropping. It's a real pleasure to come across a local act that can produce such a polished yet eclectic collection of material. Favorite track: Land of the Long White Cloud.

Alana Jagt Adelaide, Australia

Alana Jagt's captivating rasp soars over her blend of stormy alt-country and folk-rock noir that's refreshing yet somehow familiar - it's the sound of a thousand lonely AM radios one Sunday afternoon but exactly where and when is a mystery.
